Music for film development! (Yes, those involved in the tedious task of developing
film need music too.) Applesauce Tears has provided the score for various
Independent films: short features such as "Angel Hair" and "Bat's Eye View"
as well as the full length film "Purple Western Sky." Merkiness occasionally gives way to a ray of winter sunlight but for the most part bleak sound installations meet little resistance on their BlackCottage debut entitled "Tracker." Fans of the Cocteau Twins and Ride will appreciate the guitar soundscapes on this CD. One Quirky, short piece after another. File under "instrumental music for abandon space stations." |
